Not to put a spoiler around or anything, but it's all gonna be made clear next week - anyone who saw Saturday's episode would have seen the preview for next week - Bad Wolf has something to do with a reality show the Doctor has been unknowingly been a part of (a la Truman show). Next week he finds out what it's all about... and there's Daleks in it too!
There's also official spin off websites up at:
http://www.badwolf.org.uk/ - only just gone live, but has most of the references - NOT ALL though.
http://www.whoisdoctorwho.co.uk/ - the one run by the chap in "Rose", now run by Mickey
http://www.unit.org.uk/ - the UNIT website
http://www.geocomtex.net/ - the website of Van Statten, the chap who'd captured the Dalek.
All contain some references to Bad Wolf.
