Laws by whom? For whom?
same place as you'd find any UK laws...www.hmso.gov.uk or EU law europa.eu.int then click on official documents and then Eur-lex and do a search.
Make them up - everyone else does.

There are no laws for the internet it is sprawling entity, wild and free. What would you do? have it shot as pest or vermin? Dangerous animal? If you want to regulate it, you can't. If you don't like it keep away. Plugging in is not compulsory. Nothing personal, jamfisha, just stating the sometimes unobvious.
