No need to apologise Luna. I just think next to serious health concerns, money worries are the pits, and anyone who hasn't experienced that is very fortunate indeed.

Pleased to hear you're keeping positive though - and it's good to see you back in the mainframe of AB. We seem to have lost a lot of our old regulars, but it doesn't surprise me with what goes on now. I was thinking of the Looney Orchestra the other day, when we recruited all sorts of people to take part in the spectacular at the Royal Albert Hall. How daft! What fun it was!

Well, you've certainly challenged everyone's grey matter on your thread. You've got all the brain cells working, and that can't be a bad thing.

I'll look out for that programme, Luna. I've made it into the 21st century and have Sky television now. Thanks.

I saw that news item on the planets crashing. I wonder why they bother to tell us really. Not only is it conjecture - it's so far off as to be unimaginable! No, I've changed my mind - it is interesting - if useless. :o)

There are some excellent documentaries on Sky, aren't there? I'm not sorry we got it.

I looked for Home but can't find it. That means nothing though. Technology isn't my strong point. No doubt my husband will press a button and find it in an instant. It sounds worth watching, so I'll set him to work when he comes home.

How the flipping heck can I type something into my TV? Or am I being stupid? (Err .... maybe you shouldn't answer that). :o)

Yes, I do have Sky plus with the record facility. I'll try it. Thanks.

Just one thing. Following previous discussions, your carrier pigeon shouldn't know the way, unless he's committed it to memory.
