Sound advice from the others, same happened to one of our cats the other day and we got most of it off by putting some Fairy Liq on a baby wipe and pulling it through, however the paint was still wet at the time. & we did have to cut the 'tips' off A N other bit. We wanted to insure all was away as cats lick themselves so much - better to cut it off than the poor wee things getting poisioned!
