There isn't one, unless you spell it in the original language. Unfortunately the character set differs from English so you will only get a transliteration, which varies depending on who does it.

I've seen the word on restaurant menus spelled several different ways e.g.: bhiriani, bhiryani, buriyani, biriani biriyani, behriani.

Several variants then, biryani comes from the Persian word 'birian' which means 'fried before cooking'
