Any one had any dealings with this company? we are in a IVA and they rang me and said ive been missold and that i should go bankcrupt and pay them 2 grand to file papers for me what do you think?

con - bankruptcy doesnt cost �2000.

You can make yourself bankrupt - get the forms from your local County Court. If you want help with them go to CAB or ring CCCS. You pay a fee to the Court - �505 - but if on very low income may get exemption from �150 of this (ask the Court for form EX160 & its notes).
