I am practising my speaking Frog-lais bigmamma - in preparation for my holiday. Instead of Jason Mraz in my CD player in the car, I now have French Phrases series 2. I am rolling my tongue whilst driving.... must look a bit strange.

The whole month of July away sailing with me capitan. Flying to Nantes, down to Vannes - tour of South Brittany & the islands, then as far down the west coast of France as we can get.

Very nice sallas , you'll have a lovely time . You'll need to know a few line of basic french if you're venturing out of the touristy areas and mixing with people who don't speak English . xxx

Tell me about it!! I cannot rely on Captain Pug. Would you believe that man lived in Paris for 3 years and in Normandy for a year - and never learnt other than a basic smattering of French. Lazy so & so.....

he relies on me to do all the Froggy lingo, then laughs when my pronounciation is a bit weird. Men eh?
