I'm cooking coc au vin at the moment, fresh chicken but a sachet mix from asdas, but it smells really good! Just waiting on the jacket spuds to ping and then i can melt some cheese on them to go with the chicken.
Dot - I love making a chicken chasseur. But sometimes I cheat and use a colmans packet mix, made up with wine instead of water. All the alcohol reduces during cooking and the sauce comes out at just the right consistency.
Fluffy - you can't eat just bean sprouts !! Why not add some lean protein to that?

Sara - I'm hoping Pasta is going to give me a recipe for risotto. I make a brown rice and wild mushroom risotto, but that is from my detox cookbook, and is, I daresay, nothing like a proper Italian one.
