the problem has been ongoing for years and last year was the worst as it manifested the most painful nerve problems similar to sciatica stopping me from being able to walk as pain was unbearable down my right leg. as i have been unable to exercise properly i have been slowly gaining weight. they sent me for physio, but every time i went, they couldn't find the problem area as it manifested itself every other day last year and so were very vague. can i ask the doctor to send me for physio for being generally unfit?i'm late 20s so they may just think i can do it myself.i'm scared of not being able to walk and therefore that means that i cannot look after my three children, so its a vicious circle, i become scared to exercise. I have tried yoga, which is good, but its the laying on the floor or seated positions which trigger a painful nerve response
