It would be nice if you could take the trouble to write a proper question.

This is clearly some form of NVQ type course question that comes up regularly.

Just key in the words of your question into google and you'll find loads of stuff- including lots of people asking the same question!

Or just read your course notes and a couple of text books, interpet them and write an essay, which I assume is what you have been asked to do.

Or maybe you are on the wrong course.
