Hi

I've got a Rover 75 Connoisseur, the car's MOT is 1 month old. Yesterday when I switched the engine off I kept hearing a clucking noise inside the cabin, even when I took off the ignition key. I tried to pinpoint the noise and I think it was coming from the dashboard but not 100%. tried switching things off and on nothing seemed to effect it. I thought it was something temporary and left it overnight. today the battery has gone completely flat which was 3 months old by the way.

I'm worried that even if I get a new battery its still going to do the same thing.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Check the Indicator relay + connections. you have a short within the cabin get it sorted before you have a fire. ( Have you added some item to the electric system ? Sat Nav etc.
