thats a triple vodka in a pint glass with a can of red bulll and 2 cubes of ice

I'd say pineapple JUICE was the thing, cath ...

High volume of liquid to get into the system.

There's a recipe online for a drink to help in that regard. I'm not sure if I can post the link though. The whingers will crawl out of the woodwork.

maybe I'll google it later - when my nanny has gone home at the weekend. She once said to me I heard some people do disgusting things and put that thing in their mouths I don't know how they can.... I said neither do I... ha ha ha

1 cup pineapple juice
1 cup apple juice
1 banana, frozen
1/2 tsp ginger
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
2 TBS honey
Optional ingredients: 1 raw egg white, 2 TBS wheat germ, 2 TBS flax seed, 1 shot wheatgrass juice

Nice for him ... even nicer for her.
