I have asked this before, but no answers so maybe someone knows now ! What is the 'singer' singing between the ads in the Bingo bits? I just can't understand a word, she is just shouting so much !!

If it's the one I'm thinking of, the track is 'Funky Town' by Lipps Inc., which was a hit in the late 70's.

She is saying "I want you take me to ... funky town ..."

If that's the one I'm thinking of, they changed it to Foxy Town as it advertises Foxy Bingo.

Andy no its not Funky Town, its some awful girl screeching about Boys and Girls Together .. awful pink Bingo advert (not Foxy Bingo any more) with a lady in a swimming pool ... but I do like the programme.. sorry ! Makes me appreciate my family.
