Picasso brake noise..for months!
My friend has a four year old Picasso and the brakes have, for some time been squealing when she applies them.
She had her car serviced by the dealer as usual and they told her that there was nothing wrong! Surely it is abnormal to go on doing so. When I had a similar problem with my ancient Rangie....it cost a packet for drum and pad replacements! Her car has only done about 25,000 miles and she is a fair weather safety conscious OAP driver!
Any advice would be gratefully received... please and thank you!!

Many thanks to you both for you reassurances. It is definitely a job for the dealer/garage and I shall give a note of that
BG 860 STOP SQUEAL as well to my friend and let her get it sorted now that we kind of know what we are talking about!!
Garages are rather inclined to see an OAP lady driver and assume we are all clueless....which we are a lot of the time!! So thanks for your help and heads-up!
