Nostalgia

There are so many TV channels now dedicated to showing old TV shows - which would you like to see repeated. For me, the American show "Soap" - to my mind one of the cleverest and funniest things ever broadcast, and then that one about the Scottish airline - was it called "Flying Hign"? What do you think?

Saying that I have loved seeing Hill Street Blues and St Elsewhere that Channel 4 have been showing. I used to rush home from the pub to watch Hill Street Blues.
I take the point Jan1957 - they do say you should never go back, and sometimes it's better to remember programmes with fondness rather than be faced with the reality that perhaps they weren't really that good. And marval - I'm sure i caught the tag-end of an episode of "Upstairs Downstairs" the other day when flicking around - can't remember what channel it was on though.
Mikkanjazza, I think the second show you refer to is called "The High Life" and was absolutely hilarious - starred Alan Cumming as a camp air steward. An episode was shown on Thursday night. No idea which channel. Only one series was ever made, and it is available on DVD. I know because I bought it. "Oh dearie me!"
