Has anyone else been taken in by the promise of M&S vouchers after taking up a new policy only to be told on 15 different occasions that they have been sent but must have been "Lost in the Post" a con or what??

Yes I did . Got them eventually after a lot of E mails going backwards and forwards. If I remember they are handled by a third party on behalf of the insurance co.

Yes they are handled by a third party, but the insurance company is the only one we have so much trouble with.
After 6 months of promises we have almost given up hope.
M&S and the office of fair trading are not impressed by any of this, so we can only hope that the practice is stopped soon.
