Sewing machine - Elna 7000

I have an Elna 7000 and can't find the manual and can't remember how to swing the needle right or left to sew a zip in. Can anyone help please.

hi 'sul' - try this site, you should be able to view manuals on line or purchase if required - good luck, watch you don't get the needle thro' your finger my wife once did- wow painful or what ! cheers phizzy.

scroll down the left hand side when site opens & click on sewing machines. post a question (no registration is needed). There is a man on there, Ken, who knows everything about sewing machines & I guarantee he will answer your question on there. He has helped me on this section a couple of times. good luck!
