I have just lost Channel five on my freesat card and did manage to speak to somebody. They did a check, which was to call system up on the menu and then get the system details up and they told me that the software I was running was out of date and I needed to update a couple of other thisngs as well. If you haven't used it for a bit maybe your software is even more out of date!
I got a number come up on screen, which I rang and was told by an automated thingy it was no longer in use and gave me another number - sorry I don't have it to hand right now, but there is a technical support line specially for freesat customers as opposed to full sky customers.
On second thoughts I think the number was 08442 410595
but my memory may fail me!
