Not so much a question as a suggestion...my all-time favourite and easy chicken dish.
In a hot pan, fry chicken (legs/whatever) in a little oil...both sides, till brown. Grind loads of FRESH black pepper on each side. Add a glass of white wine and reduce heat. Add six cloves of garlic per person (this is the highlight - don't skimp), a handful of chopped spring onions...put lid on pan. Gently simmer for 20 minutes or so then remove lid and turn up heat, leaving a little wine and juice to serve over baby potatoes or amsh...nice served with green beans. The chicken should fall off the bone and the garlic should be soft and yummy. Enjoy..with the left-over wine!
