Does anybody know what professional footballers use or get treated with to protect or keep their knee-joints supple? Do they ever have cortisone/steroid injections?

the pro's use a thing called a golden handshake

when their knees get dodgy they retire
thre is still no treatment for knacked joints - look round 20,000,000 oap's cant be wrong

I don't know the answer, but I doubt very much that they would give steroid injections into normal joints to "keep them supple"
