Me no don't do running either. Swim, cycle or walk (though not uphill).... I could only run if it were to literally save my life.

The sweat is trickling down my cleavage now, glistening on my chest. I shall soon have to go and have a surruptitious wipe in the staff cloakroom....

i will be taking the cubs down for a swim in the sea when they come back from school, as we are a stones throw from our own bit of lovely beach!.......................the sea is surprisingly warm..... so it does'nt fall off!

then maybe a run later........before shower and pub quizzing tonight.

Hi again ......i'm back for a bit..................sea was a little nippy when dunked first in, then really nice!!!.............light supper soon........sOd the run as i've had all the exercise a bear can take!!
