OK, then has anyone got a really good or different recipe for knickerbocker glory,

I always make it using jelly. I make three different coloured jellies, then chop or mash them up using a fork. It doesn't have to be really fine, just not in big lumps! I then layer it using something like green jelly, fruit, ice cream, red jelly, fruit, ice cream, orange jelly, fruit, ice cream etc then cream and a cherry on the top. Fantastic!

Ooh, thanks, Spudqueen. That sounds really great. I`ve never come across it with jelly in ibefore but I`ll be making it this weekend.
