Who sang Parisian Walkways?

A friend of mine says that although it was a Garry Moore single, it was actually Phil Lynott who provided the vocals. Is this true?

I thought Gary Moore, who originally recorded it, later recorded a version of it with Phil Lynott.

Incidentally I say Gary Moore support Whitesnake last year (I think) and when he started playing Parisian Walkways the place absolutely exploded.
