Morning peeps!

I wonder could you all do me a wee favour? Type Battle4bella in your search engine, go to home page, voting. Click heat 5 and vote vote vote for THE NOW. It's a friend of mine's son's band. They get a shot at playing at the local festival later this month.

Now why should we do that?

They should win on talent and not by cheating I have voted for another band just to teach you a lesson and I urge everybody else to do the same.

Oh and by the way the rules state......


Failure to comply with the competition or venue rules may result in disqualification.

knob-ed, if you care to go to the voting site, you get a chance to listen to each band if you care to, it would be nice if you could vote for THE NOW. By the way are you not just as bad voting for another band just to spite me! I would class that as an unfair vote too.

I've just voted for them hlarsson - but only because someone close to me came 3rd in a Battle of the Bands final and did well in the Bandbacker competition, and I know how important these votes are to young people.
However, I have to say that I didn't think Now were the best out of the choices, and by asking AB users to vote for them, it puts them in a difficult position, should they win the heat. They'd be up against some very good musicians and vocalists, and I seriously don't think that type of pressure's good on young people unless they're up at the top by their own steam.
Sorry - but I've given them a vote anyway, and wish them the best of luck.

My best friends broher won the local heat of Battle of the bands a couple of years ago - they got time in a recording studio - they're really good and won by sheer hard work.
