Hi im goin out for a curry to celebrate my birthday tomorrow (birthdays on monday if u want to send gifts). however i am currently following a fitness plan and was wondering if anyone could suggest what currys are low fat or what combination would provide the least calories (less than 1000), i like any type of curry if that helps. thanks in advance :p
You should avoid anything with an oily/creamy sauce, Korma being one of the worst. Dry Tikka or Tandoori dishes are lowest in fat and calories. If you want rice then opt for plain boiled rice and not pilau.
Naan bread is horrendously high in calories - about 550-600 calories for a restaurant size!
Oh it's your birthday!!!! Come on!!! Live a little!!! A day off from the diet is allowed! Assuming it's a real fitness plan, then maybe just do an extra 10 minutes exercise for the next few sessions and lay off the birthday chocolates!
