Mobile Push and Pull Email

I understand both but on my new t mobile contract i get 1GB data a month. Do the pull or push email services really eat into it, or is it only if you open tonnes of emails? The phone is a Nokia E71.

Glad you understand the difference, errr, it makes bu&&er all difference though.

Anything you receive on your phone will use your monthly allowance, regardless of of it's pushed or pulled!

Simple text emails will use hardly any of it, html emails a little more, any pictures or files attached if you download them...... well however big the file is!

no but for your phone to pull email it must periodically check your account, does this us up the allowance
yes, but Not quite..

push email uses a "heartbeat" connection, it will use a little bit, but hardly any (about 7-15MB a month)
