Humans, like all animals have an instinct for reproduction. Thus the probability that someone should have a child in any given period of time is highly probable. The fact that you had this child within the time period you regard as being precited by this begger is purely coincidental and could happen again or not at any point. Having children is too generic and common for someone to actually say they predicted and then claim it was because of that prediction that it came true. Im sorry to say but it was your desire (like many religious people) to try and tie up loose ends with events that will probably happen irrelevent of any prediction or religious belief.
If i prayed and and had 10 generic events predicted to me to happen over the next year, ie children, marriage, illness, new job etc etc i would say that by pure logic and mathematics that at least 1 of those would probably come true by pure rules of probability. 20 people a day are probably told by that begger that they will have a child, you are simply the one of 10 that had that child within a time you would regard as suffecient for such as prediction to be valid. Being that you dont see or know the other 9 people would explain why you think your situation is especially true. The other 9 people have probably never thought of it again and passed it off as the begger being polite and grateful for the money.
