Computer problem

I recently had a problem with my PC, in that Windows would not load up .
I've used the restore discs to re -install Windows

However since the re-install , i'm having problems opening up pages on web sites OR actually getting unto web sites .

e.g -here on AB , if I click on a category , the category doesn't open , even though there is a message at the bottom of the screen saying 'done'
If I click unto profile , again it doesn't open

Another example is it I try to sign in to my email account - it wont sign in .

Is there something that I need to do also , as well as reinstalling Windows ?

Can anyone suggest a solution ?

As a suggestion have you also re-installed all the Microsoft updates?
