I seem to have a mental block on what must be obvious to all. It is on 12 down and even though I have most of the letters my brain has gone into park on this last clue.
Standard's US partners holding letter of credit back are sisters. (10 two words) I have -oor-lar-s I think that perhaps it is poor -larus with the par and the US but ... sorry brain refuses to function.

Thanks for that Mazie I prefer to have this sort of an answer than the one that just tells me the words. I should have found this myself and would have if I had a bit more time. I had not heard of the Poor Clare sisters so it has even more iterest. Thanks again.
