Train going backwards
How can a train that is moving forwards into a station then reverse out of the station and carry on moving backwards but still be heading for the same final destination?

The train comes into the area from the left hand arm of the Y and continues to the station at the bottom of the Y. When it leaves, the track points at the intersection change over, and the train can leave the area from the right hand arm of the Y.
