alloy and steel

hi can you have alloy wheels mixed with steel wheels on the car any combination ie 1in 3 2front 2back and would this be legal to drive. thanks

cant see any reason why not as long as the tyre sizes are the same (in prs), bear in mind many vehicles with alloys have a steel spare anyway.

Apart from carrying the spare combination 7 the old bill, but I would have thought on Balance first before Mixing.

Hi, Don't give the old bill ( Police ) any excuse to stop you!! Alloys on the front, Steel on the back that look out of character of the car, I am on the hard stuff now Hic Hic lol.

hi twr also in your age group dont know the score as i am a law abiding citicen lol loved your responce. at your age you are telling me to drive save i think we all do at this age as we have the expierence its the other drivers we got to think about. as we can see it every day anyone in our age group will agree i hope.
