How do I get the AV display off the screen

My son has given me a grundig tv 2 yrs old no manual.  I can't get the AV display off the screen can anybody tell me how to remove it?

does it have a remote? if so u could try pressing th AV button that generally returns u to another channel.

If that doesn't work try somewhere like Hughes Electrical or Currys. Our local stores will give excellent advice over the phone
