You better stop buying The Daily Star... it is obviously starting to cloud your judgement in other areas ;-)

Oh, come on, snags ... it's a jolly film.

It's like Cinderella.
It is a lovely film, JJ. I've just been off watching The Holiday with Cameron Diaz and Kate Winslet. Jolly nice film too.

:-)

Don't think I've seen it, NoM ...
JJ - quite agree - fab film, have seen it many many times
i think she is a minger
''it's a jolly film''

Maybe it is... my problem is... I loathe both RG and JR... apart from the scene where he snaps the jewelry box on her fingers unexpectedly... which was unplanned/unrehearsed and gives the only memorable laugh in the whole film...

snags

If you loathe both RG and JR

Then you are not ideally placed to make a judgment

... on a film starring BOTH of them !!
But I just did!
Did RG really mess with goats?
Question Author
snags ... the most memorable bit in the film is the bit in the heading to this thread !!

It encapsulates something that we all like to do ... put the upstart in her place.

I liked him in An Officer and A Gentleman........(least I think that was the title)
Snags - have you seen Erin Brockovich with JR in it - really good

Then I like her in the Oceans trilogy - but hey I have to admit that I was mostly entertained by George and Brad!
''Did RG really mess with goats?''

Don't be daft... it was a Gerbil... 'allegedly' ;-)

''Rare is the occasion when Richard Gere acknowledges the existence of the infamous gerbil-in-the-butt legend that has tailed him since the early nineties, but he did just that in an interview published in the U.K.'s Metro this week. Asked if he had ever read any "crazy stories" about himself, Mr Gere replied:

I stopped reading the press a long time ago. Lots of crazy things came up about me at first, especially from the tabloids. There is an infamous Gere stuck a hamster up his bum urban myth.'

A hamster? Either Mr. Gere is unforgivably fuzzy on the details of his own personal urban legend... or he knows something the rest of us don't...

Pretty Woman?

Dreadful film. I gave up after a while and switched off the video.
well Panic.....you were driving at the time.....
