Arthritus in my hands

I'm 64yr old man and starting to get painful arthritus in my hands, especially the two little fingers. Is there anyone out there who can advise perhaps what diet I should be on which could help. My job is basically working with my hands. Would appreciate your advice. Bill W.

Has your doctor diagnosed arthritis? A visit to your GP would be your best bet.
