The Ex has moved my stuff out of the house and I don't know where it is. It was a big 5 bedroomed house and everything belonged to me. I also had my cousin living with me so his stuff has gone as well.

I'd be straight on to solicitors if I were you. You are entitled to at least know if your property is going to be moved.... I'm pretty sure that nobody can just dispose of your property without telling you first.
