how old does a child need to be to be moved from a rear faceing car seat to a booster seat i said 12 months my friend says 18 months

Kids younger than 12 who are less that 135cm tall have to use booster seat.

i dont like seeing babies in cars in the passenger seat in rear faceing seats when you know a potential crash could make the airbag pop out and suffocate the little one horrific

a booster seat? not for ages!
a front facing is from 9kgs unless the rear face goes heavier.
My son reached that weight at 9 months, my daughter was 13 months.

always best to keep them in a 5 point harness for as long as possible, usually weight for that is 18 kgs.

a rear facing seat should only be in front if the airbag is disabled.

i know redcrx but somew parents still put their little ones faceing air bags its awful

well if you know the airbag is activated then tell them!

safest place is always in rear of car, and in centre seat if the car seat fits correctly.

i do redcrx dont worry its just sometimes when your in a car and you pass another car with a little one in the front. i dont think car seats should be in the front of a car full stop....
