painting plastic

What can I use to paint my plastic garden pots .They are dirty white I want them to be green.ty in advance

I bought some cheap 'terracota' plastic pots which I sprayed with a metallic copper/bronze paint from B & Q, it also had the added bonus of keeping away slugs and snails from my hostas. so you could spray them green.

You can but paint specially formulated for plastic from DIY shops, usually in a spray, I think its called Plastikote or somthing like that.  I'm sure the DIY stores do an 'own brand' version as well.
