That is something I love about my grandparents Nannyjillx - both in their 80s and tell some wonderful tales of a lifestyle long since gone. I can listen to them for hours.

Barmaid you are right my parents tell my children and grandchildren wonderful stories about their childhood and growing up and they are as enraptured as I am although I've heard them many times.

We should all remember we can learn a great deal from the older generation.
