I know that you type a destination and google earth 'flies' you to that place - can you do that in reverse? i.e. can you find a place on the globe, then ask google earth 'where am I?'
Sorry - to continue - lets say that I find a town (or whatever) that I like the look of; if I can't ask google earth where I am, how can I find out? Can I get the names of towns, villages etc. displayed?
Sorry AC, but if I right-click I get what might be called a target - a circle with 4 small lines - one at each compass point. I don't get any form of menu whereby I could then click on 'what's here'. Am I (once again, no doubt) being thick?
