Has anyone used or know of some good, flavour giving wood chips that can be thrown onto hot bbq coals to give meat a wonderful added taste?
I'd prefer the quality of flavour but with not too much smoke- that everyone is in tears!

see your local garden center or diy store they shpuld have something in that line in their barbeque section
