Hi everyone
just looking for some advice on this new guy i have met, he is a friend of a friend i met on a night out a while ago and then again a couple of days ago just by chance of running into him. he is a lovely guy but is 8years older than me but now i can't stop thinking about him!!! My friend who introduced us doesn't have anyway of contacting him and either do i so my only way is to bump into him again. Not sure what i want in a response to this question but had to tell someone who isn't biased in whether to tell me to get over it or something.
Anyway thanks!

But this is just chance. Ask your friend if he knows anything about him, which may aid in finding him (if he was to work in a particular shop then you may find him there).
The age difference is nothing to worry about, there are many who find it stupid for a bigger age gap, but it still works (it has been known for relationships with a 20 year age gap to work well).
Now hoping you do see this person again and do get contact details, then just talk more, take it easy and slowly. You don't want to rush in (which can cause big problems in the future).

Get in there Leapers!!! 8 years is no age gap whatsoever! My husband is 16 years older than me and we have been together almost 13 years. I keep him young ;o)
I agree with lov3shy, just happen to bump into him outside his place of work and say "We must stop meeting like this!" chat a little then say "Fancy going for a drink?"
You have nothing to lose! Good luck! :o)
