Spots on Chest
For the past year or so every couple of weeks I keep getting a cluster of red spots in the middle of my chest. Apart from anything else it's just getting on my nerves as it means I can't wear a v/low cut top as they go really red and blotchy.
I feel like I have tried everything. I started washing with anti-bacterial wash 2-3 times a day and then stopped as that was over aggravating my skin. I now use simple face wash which seems to be ok but it's still happening every couple of weeks. I have used every spot cream under the sun, which hazel, tea tree, calamine. I have even made sure that it's not my washing powder and try to wear only cotton clothes...don't know what else to do. I don't want the doc to give me tablets as I don't get them anywhere else so it must be a specific problem?? it's weird because it only affects a small area, about the size of a cotton wool pad, right in the middle but they get really red. The more I worry about it the worse it gets. Any suggestions on what ELSE I could do I would be grateful as I have a posh event coming up and don't want to be wearing an inch of cover-up which will only make it worse. (P.s. the spots don't come at a particular time of the month either so it can't be that either!!!)
