do children under 6yrs old need a passport or id if travelling from manchester to newquay with bmibaby and if they are accompanied by their mother who has her own passport but this was issued before she had the children

I wouldn't imagine you'd need a passport at all seeing as you're not leaving the country. I may be wrong though.
