Obtaining a V5 for my car as a new keeper.
9 Answers
Recenty got a car.
Previous owner lost V5 so I filled in form for change of ownership explaining on it I'm new keeper etc.
I shouldn't be charged the 25 fee for this but the DVLA have sent back the form asking me for the 25 fee.
Anyone else been in this situation and had the fee waived after contacting the DVLA?
