Hey, glad to hear it Jan! (You're still talking to me - not the bit about no-one talking to you!)
I'm chuckling 'cos it's a bit strange, being given the silent treatment over a website ..... I'd quite like to know what I've done to deserve it though!
Anyhoo, what are you doing up so late? Are you having trouble nodding off? Me too lass.
I've had a bit of trouble sleeping recently so took a pill last night and slept all the way through. Now I'm wide awake again! Can't win. It's not as though I have to get up for work now I suppose so at least I can have a lie in. Even did a casserole tonight for tomorrows dinner so that's done.
I'm having trouble sleeping just lately too. I was thinking about asking the doc for some sleeping pills but a few years ago I got some.
I took one and slept until the middle of the next afternoon! I just couldn't get my head off the pillow. If I ask for some again, I might try breaking one in half.
Heck, it was a long while ago, sorry .... can't remember the name. But to be honest, they scared me a bit. It was lucky I wasn't working the next day 'cos I just could not get up. I felt drugged.
Good idea. The ones I have are the ones they give you in hospital if you're having an op the next day. Not to knock you out just to help with anxiety. I did sleep soundly but woke up wide awake. I hate it when you wake up and still feel drowzy. I've suffered from insomnia most of my life which was a nightmare (didn't mean that as a pun) when I was working but don't really worry about it now unless I go too long without sleep.
Hello Mrs. Chappie and Jan - sorry girls, I went off the thread earlier and didn't see you there, so now I'll say a goodnight to everyone here, because I've got to get up again in about ...3 hours! : (

Just found the box but lost the paperwork inside so can only give you the technical name on the outside. Are you ready... Promethazine Hydrochloride. You do have to laugh at the description though. They're to help you sleep and it says "may cause drowsiness".
