Server probelm

My friend is registered with you but the web page will not come up. When she tries to get the Answerbank web page she gets the following message.... This error (HTTP 500 Internal Server Error) means that the website you are visiting had a server problem which prevented the webpage from displaying.... Please can someone help with sort this probelm for her.
