Using Outlook Express from two computers.
4 Answers
Do I need a network or something ? I have a PC with Outlook and I've just got a netbook, also with Outlook.
I've set the Outlook up on the netbook the same as on my PC, but I don't get many emails to it.
Is it possible to operate Outlook easily from both computers or does it involve networks and things...
thanks,
Mikie.

You can change this behaviour as follows:
Click Tools/Accounts
Select the e-mail account and click Properties
Select the Advanced tab
In the Delivery section, check the box "Leave a copy of messages on server"
Check the box "Remove from server after..." and choose a period that will ensure that you have time to collect using both machines.
Click OK
Make these changes on both of your machines.

By the way, you subject line refers to Outlook Express, but your question refers to Outlook. I have answered assuming Outlook Express. The instructions for Outlook are similar, but slightly more complicated (after all, you pay for Outlook, so naturally you want it to be more complicated - right?)
