((((hugs))))

So sorry for your loss Lubeck, my heart is with you love.

I was also going to recommend CRUSE, they not only have a website, but they may also have a group in your area which you can attend.

However, as daffy recommended, go / come on to other sites where you will obtain more support and advise to help you through in this sad time.

God Bless You and All of Your Family in this time!

Thank you i will look into those, leyaenda.. i tired posting it in body and soul but they banned it for some reason?
Please accept my condolences hun

And yes...try Cruse....a councilor can visit you in your home. It helped me when I lost both mum and sister in the same year. xx
I am very sorry for your loss, losing a loved one is never easy. I hope you find confort in talking with other people..
My heart goes out to you Lubecki. As the others have said Cruse are wonderful. I lost my husband nearly four years ago and I had a lovely lady come visit me in my home. We talked about how I was feeling but also anything I wanted to talk about. She helped me so much. She came for 6 weeks. Don't be embarrassed about asking for help. It is out there. Take care love.
I lost my nephew to a violent crime last august, just 16 year old. our lives have changed forever. I find it easier to talk to strangers than family and friends, who I realise are dealing with their own grief. once the trial is over you no longer have the support of the family liason officers. try the sites mentioned they may help.I struggle on alone, buts thats my way. be strong

i dont really like asking for help or talking about my feelings with people i know, but myself and my brothers lost our dad a few years ago and now our brother, my brothers are all teenagers and i just want to deal with this like i dont think we ever did with our dad x
Lubecki161 I'm not going to say I know how you feel as everyone deals with grief differently but when I lost my mum, my dad and my brother in the space of 18 months I found CRUSE fantastic.

It's surprising how much better you can feel just talking to someone outside the close circle of family and friends. Sometimes we keep our feelings hidden in fear of upsetting someone.

Reach out and talk to someone - even if you just keep repeating the same things - it can really help.

My thoughts and prayers are with you. xx
