Osmoregulation is the control of the amount of water in the body, by hormones such as anti-diuretic hormone (ADH) that stops you peeing much when you're short of water. When you have more water than you need, ADH secretion stops and your kidneys will get rid of water until the blood levels indicate that water needs to be conserved, when ADH is released again. Negative feedback loop.
