Ex-wife lied in the divorce proceedings to get money 's

The situation is that my husband's ex-wife got a substantial cut of the assets because she said she needed it to buy a house big enough to accommodate her and, potentially at a later date, a carer (she has a condition which may (or may not!) become degenerative as she becomes older). Two years on from the divorce she has still not moved out from her mothers house and I can't help but feel she lied to get more money and had no intention of moving. Can anyone advise if there is anything we can do about this? How does the law stand?

your husband paid it, and accepted the deal at the time that she may need the money in the future.
If she wasnt entitled to it or he didnt want to pay it he should have argued the case then.
